Transfer Pricing Consultants Ltd (TPC) was founded by Jennifer Paul, to provide quality transfer pricing advice and assistance outside an audit firm environment.

About Jennifer Paul

Jennifer established TPC in 2008 to provide high quality transfer pricing services with a focus on being practical and cost effective. Projects with TPC have included:

Assisting a Fortune Global 500 group to put in place transfer pricing policies and documentation for international management services

Working with investment managers to put in place transfer pricing policies

Putting in place transfer pricing policies and documentation for large software group

Advising a UK software company on establishing transfer pricing with its first non-UK subsidiary

Establishing multi-territory transfer pricing arrangements, database benchmarking and documentation for a UK manufacturer of consumer durables (household name)

Previously, Jennifer spent 10 years working in Big 4 accounting firms, where she was a Director of Transfer Pricing.

Jennifer lectures tax specialists on the preparation course for the Chartered Institute of Taxation's examination in Transfer Pricing, and has been voted one of the World's Leading Transfer Pricing Advisers in the Legal Media Group survey of 2011.

A qualified Chartered Accountant and Chartered Tax Adviser, Jennifer has wide experience of business tax and is also an expert in international tax aspects of business operations.

Jennifer spent 3 years working in Milan, advising inward investors, where she learnt business Italian and experienced the practical aspects of business expansion overseas.
