About Jennifer Paul
Jennifer has spent the last 10 years working in Big 4 accounting firms, where she was a Director of Transfer Pricing. In that time her experience included:
Negotiating with HMRC a funding agreement on $500m inbound debt. Key to the success of the negotiations was Jennifer's ability to work with operations as well as finance departments to understand and set out the commercial and market factors influencing the debt requirement
Putting in place tax-efficient royalties for software, consumer products, automotive components and industrial products
Assisting groups to implement new trading structures, for example limited risk distribution arrangements
Analysing, documenting and pricing intra-group management services
Assisting, training and supervising Head Office staff to prepare ongoing transfer pricing documentation
Managing and leading a project to assist a UK plc to set up its European structure to fulfill a multinational contract, covering pricing, permanent establishment, local registrations and VAT issues
A qualified Chartered Accountant and Chartered Tax Adviser, Jennifer has wide experience of business tax and is also an expert in international tax aspects of business operations.
Jennifer spent 3 years working in Milan, advising inward investors, where she learnt business Italian and experienced the practical aspects of business expansion overseas.
